Q: What is a DVD slideshow? Is this my digital files?
A: It is exactly what is sounds like, a slideshow, your photos set to music for you to share with friends and family. This does NOT include digital files and you can not print from it.
Q: What does it mean a digital print 8×10.
A: You are receiving ONE high resolution file sized to an 8×10 with a printing release from our studio. This may be used to print 8×10′s and smaller. This is a special perk to this offer as we do not generally offer digital files.
Q: We are a family of 5, how much is it to add another person?
A: The cost is $10 per person. However, if you are only adding one child under the age of 5, we will not charge the additional fee.
Q: Can I purchase additional digital files?
Q: Will you do a beach session?
A: Absolutely. But since we are in Fullerton we book one beach session per week, on Tuesday evenings. These fill up fast so book early. We go as south as Laguna Beach and as north as Seal beach.
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: You will schedule your presentation of images in our studio about 1-2 weeks after your session. After you place your order, it will take 3-4 weeks for your order to be ready for pickup.
Q: How much are prints if we want to buy more?
A: We have two very distinct lines of products. We have our high end, fine art prints that start at $89 for an 8×10 and go up from there. Each fine art print is textured, coated and lacquered, they really are beautiful! Then we have our more budget-friendly prints, which are printed in-house on our high end photo printer. Sheets are $40 and the quality is comparable to mall-type studios.
Q: Does it have to be a family session, I want to use it on an event I’m having?
A: This offer is for a portrait session, not event photography. If you would like the portrait to be of just you, your dog, your kids, that’s fine, but event photography should be directed to our parent company, Renee Browne Photography
Q: Can we combine offers for larger groups.
A: Sorry no, but large groups take a lot more work. One Living Social offer per session will be honored.
