Come on out and celebrate the official ribbon cutting ceremony for Sprouts Photography. Join city officials, fellow businessmen & women and of course our target demographic… MOMS!

HEY MOMS!! We’ll be celebrating Back to School photographing your little student for use in your very own agenda! We’ll be creating a super useful one of a kind daily agenda that you can use to organize all your kids activities (and yours too of …course).

Not a mom? Don’t worry, we photograph other people, not just kids. So come on down, for appetizers, champagne and a whole lot of photography!

Everyone in attendance will get a coupon for a free* 8X10 photo (a $90 value)!

*Free 8×10 can only be used on a print generated from a full-price session. May not be used on a print from a free or discounted session.

Intern Wanted

Sprouts Photography is looking for an intern to come in 2 days a week (Tuesday/Thursday). This is an UNPAID internship. Sprouts Photography is a full service portrait studio located near downtown Fullerton specializing in babies, children and families. We offer on-location sessions, studio portraits, fine art prints, wall art and custom framing. I am willing to work with the intern to show him/her every aspect of starting and running a photography studio including the business side. This position has the potential for growth in the company and with time can turn into a paid position.

Duties to perform:

Update company blog
Maintain Facebook page
Filing/Clerical work
Assist on photo shoots
Client phone calls

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable around children
Some knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
Must be reliable and punctual
Good phone skills
Must be able to work on a Mac platform

Every year its the same old thing, November rolls around and you think about your holiday cards. Next thing you know everyone is booked and you end up sending out a photo your Aunt Bernice took at the family reunion! This year, plan ahead with our Christmas in July promotion. For $200 you get your on-location family portrait session plus 25 custom design holiday cards and envelopes. Price is good for a family of 5. Additional people please add an additional $25 per person. Our custom designed cards are made specifically for you and can hold up to 5 photos from your session.

Sprouts Storybooking

When someone asks you to see a photo, do you respond with “Its on my computer?” Here at Sprouts, its our mission to help people get their photos off their computer and into albums to share with their families and friends.

Its almost as if digital photography has done us a disservice. Back in the day, we would take our roll of film to get developed, edit the photos we don’t want and then DO SOMETHING with the final prints, whether that be put it in an album or take them with us to show off to our friends and family. Nowadays, if your friends and family isn’t on Facebook or heaven forbid, doesn’t have a computer, they probably wont see your photos. We want to change that!

Enter the dawn of Sprouts Storybooking. There are so many amazing things you can do with your photos. Come on in and check it out! We exclusively use the Heritage Makers line of products and their “Studio” software. We have regular workshops that are on the calendar but if that time/day doesn’t fit for you, we have demos, parties and even one on one.

Every Tuesday we host Sprouts Storybooking, an ongoing workshop where you can come with your WiFi enabled laptop and work on getting your photos into albums. We exclusively use the Heritage Makers albums and their “Studio” software for digital scrapbooking.

Feel free to bring the kids, we’ll have an age appropriate movie on in the kids area.
