Sprouts Photography is looking for an intern to come in 2 days a week (Tuesday/Thursday). This is an UNPAID internship. Sprouts Photography is a full service portrait studio located near downtown Fullerton specializing in babies, children and families. We offer on-location sessions, studio portraits, fine art prints, wall art and custom framing. I am willing to work with the intern to show him/her every aspect of starting and running a photography studio including the business side. This position has the potential for growth in the company and with time can turn into a paid position.
Duties to perform:
- Update company blog
- Maintain Facebook page
- Filing/Clerical work
- Assist on photo shoots
- Client phone calls
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable around children
- Some knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Good phone skills
- Must be able to work on a Mac platform

Hello, my name is Maura Montellano. I am interested in the internship. I am a photography student and am looking to learn more about studio and on location photography. I am familiar with Lightroom and slowly learning more about it. I also own a Mac (since Dec.) and am learning more about it. I live in Pomona.
I’m curious, however, what the hours are? I work FT, but am anxious to learn the ropes of photography.
